The SWEET TEA package includes all of the following: Ceremony: Includes the bridal changing room, rehearsal, chair set-up Wedding Cake: A gorgeous stacked Wedding Cake with butter cream icing, includes cake pedestal, plates/forks, napkins, table linen, cutting, serving, delivery & set-up Catering: A 8-item heavy hors d'oeuvres buffet is included or a one entree buffet dinner or a 2 entree BBQ dinner buffet, wait staff, buffet table skirting, coffee, water, and iced tea or punch or lemonade, china plates & stainless silverware Flowers: $250 allowance and and purchase more flowers, if needed, at great prices Tables, Linens and Decorations: Seating tables linens and centerpieces, and various silk arrangements are available to use Music: Use the Stanley House sound system and bring your CDs, MP3, or IPOD for music (or add a DJ for $400 or bring your own) Photographer: 2 hours of coverage and a DVD full of pictures with copyright privileges (overtime available) Wedding Coordinator: A planning session with a Stanley House Wedding Coordinator and day-of coordination Stanley House Space: Use of the main floor of the house and front courtyard for 4 hours for the event plus 1 1/2 hours for vendor set-up/celan-up.
Soft Drinks, Beer and Wine, Mixed Drinks... Requires a licensed bartender for $150. You bring the alcohol. We provide set-ups and soft drinks for a beer/wine bar using plasticware for $3.50pp or $4.50pp (plus tax) for a full bar (includes mixers)
